The problem is you're buying a cheap card yet paying $170 for fans, $450 for a monitor, $230 for a keyboard, etc. It's like buying a Ferrari with a Civic engine swapped in.

 

I'd drop the budget on all of that stuff by half and get a 3xxx RTX card.

Yes, like said above, you're spending way too much for peripherals and looks, instead of making the PC itself better. You will have a lot more fun if your PC is better than just your peripherals and fans. Also, don't spend $669 for a 1660 Super, that's almost triple the original price.

All suggestions: Get a Ryzen 5 5600X for around $300 (+), upgrade SSD to Crucial P5 (it's faster), try to get a RTX 3060/3060 Ti for around $700, get a 750W power supply or even 650W (you really don't need 850W, also that's not a high rated PSU, referring to the PSU tier list), get cheaper fans like Corsair RGB fans to match the case, get another keyboard that's like $100-$150 ($200+ for a keyboard is usually not worth it for a first timer), maybe save on the headset as well.
