Thanks does it mean that cheaper one i can't control the rgb ? I mean sync with the rest of my rgb in the pc ?

If you motherboard has an ARGB header, the controller is not needed.

The controller is there if you motherboard doesn't have such a header, so you can still control the RGB (because if your motherboard does have the ARGB header, you can control it via the motherboard's software).
