looking at realtime performance and advantages.

 

Dual r9 290. Is good.

 

You can even get only 1 if you want and buy another later.

The r9 290x better material doesnt matter much with TDP limitations.

Dual 290's because they will be able to handle 4k and are the best price/performance.

Depends on what resolution you're running, 720/1080/1440?? If 1080 I'd recommend x2 770 if 1080x2 I'd recommend 780 if 1440 I'd recommend 780x2 or 780ti (pref 780x2 tho)

This is just like maximum what you really need to run the current games. These specs will run bf4 @ 60 - 100fps at all time.

Emmh... Maybe consider killing yourself before you talk to me?
