Audio drivers

So this happened around a month ago when my laptop wasn't playing audio, although the volume bar was showing up and windows couldn't detect the problem through troubleshooting. I used the pre installed Realtek drivers so I tried uninstalling and re-installation of the same. This fixed the issue, but now after every week or so I have to re install the drivers or else the same problem repeats itself and it's getting annoying. Any suggestions?
