I know that amd cpu consumes more power than intel cpu but does the difference in CPU watts can have a significant effect in my electric bill?

If you are paying about 2 power your computer every hour including the graphics card, no it doesnt make a difference but the amd cpu does heat up more so you need a slightly better heatsink

In some countries where electricity is super expensive it can make a difference but most of the time it doesn't.
