NZXT computer freezing

I bought the creator PC from NZXT about a month ago and I am having a major issue. Since purchasing it, the computer randomly freezes only when playing games. First the game freezes, then the audio freezes, then the screen goes black but the computer is still on. All the lights are on and the fans are still spinning. All my drivers are up to date and I have made NZXT cam so there is no overlay and it doesn't startup on launch which is what other people recommended. Any help?

what are the specs of this pc?

did you try contacting NZXT and see if they have any reasonable help they can give you or gave you?

i9, RTX 3090, 64 gig ram 3000 Mhz, z490 motherboard, 850W power supply. I called the support number and he said make sure the drivers are up to date (they are), he asked if it could be a hardware issue but my temps are always good. Then he said to uninstall and install the game I was having issues on and I did and it seemed to help but I just downloaded a different game and it froze twice within 10 min.

Try checking the Windows event viewer to see if it reports what's actually happening. It's a coin flip as to whether the information in there will be useful, but it will let you know if there's some sort of driver issue going on. Also what games are you having issues with, as it could just be that the games are not stable to begin with.

I will check the event viewer tomorrow, the games I freeze on are warzone and rocket league. Thanks for the help
