Windows 11 iso

So i need help. im trying to install windows 11 (using the video linus posted about a week ago)

and im stuck on this step. what do I do, I already downlaoded aria2 but idk what to do with that file (time stamp 8:45)

To get Windows 11:

1. Install Windows 10 if you have not installed it yet
2. Join the Insider Program and pick the Dev channel. (Start > Update & Security > Windows Insider), and pick "Get Started", and follow the wizard
3. Check for Windows Update, enjoy Windows 11

You can use uupdump.net to create a full iso with the versions you want. Just takes a while to download and then compile the iso.

Thats what i did, i followed the steps in the video

What are you running? 

It should create a zip file you download then just extract it and run the windows batch file by double clicking on it.
