no, it just becomes unresponsive to everything other then if i hold the power button down for about 20 seconds.

i have a acer spin 3 2020 with an i3 1005g1

and 8gb of ram. my issue is every time i play minecraft it crashes the whole windows os and freezes it and i cant control alt delete or anything, the only way for me to unfreeze it is by turning it off and back on. i already contacted acer about it and sent it in but all they did was download the drivers again and send it back and it still crashed. so i have since contacted them again and i am gonna send it back but i was just wondering if anyone has an idea on what could be causing these crashes. thanks!
