rx 560 vram problem

hi , i have a rx 560 with 2 gb vram the problem is that in windows dxdiag its shows only @1.6 gb and in task manager 1.8 . in gpuz it s 2gb  and in games vram utilization don t pass 1.55 (test with afterburner) . tried 3 diferent vbios flash and the vram remain the same . drivers are up to date and the pc worck s just fine with no problems . but still 500 mb lost of vram in games for me its alot . any idea why this happens !? tanks . (sory for bad english)

Might be like the 970 that way. It had “4gb” but it was really basically 3.5

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
