So, not sure where I need to fix things, but I'm experiencing weird crashes where in the middle of a video it is a still image with the audio continuing. The only time the video moves again is if I keep moving the mouse. I also see my RGB fans go back to rainbow mode, and Windows not doing tasks I tell it to do. Do I have an instability or bad part?

try updating the latest gpu drivers  and chipset drivers. Also every driver you can find in your motherboard's website.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

All of my drivers are up to date. Get errors every time I try to download Armory Crate. Still had the crash happen. Could environment be a factor? My house hasn't had AC for three weeks due to a broken blower motor, so could ambient temperature be causing issues and the cooling of any part of the system not be working well to counter the warmer air in the room?

Anything coming up in event viewer for the time that this happens? It could be temp issue but I mean how hot is ambient while your using it and if its really hot, check your cpu temp while gaming and see if you can catch how hot it is when this happens.

Event viewer showed a critical event of Kernel-Power, ID 41, task category (63). Still a bit of a newbie on this stuff, so I don't quite know what that means or how to fix it. As for temps, highest I've seen in games is in the 50c range. I had a crash while playing Nier Automata but didn't have Afterburner on to see the CPU temps. Normally I've seen it idle at 30c, right now in my no AC house it's idling at an average of about 42c. Is that a bit high for a 65W TDP chip?

Sorry for the delayed reply, had a lot on my plate.

That might be a little high for a 65W chip but certainly not the problem or anything to be concerned about just no AC. As long as CPU and GPU are not going over 85C during heavy game play i would not worry. The Kernel Power error doesn't tell you anything accept that there was unexpected power loss. That could be bad power from your house or from your power supply. It could also be a hardware issue with a number of components that causes powerless like a bad MB capacitor.

At this point hopefully someone more experienced comes to help haha but I would recommend trying to find a consistent error that comes up just before the kernel power error that might be causing the kernel power error. Other than that its kind of hard unless you have a way to ensure your wall outlet isn't supplying bad power by using a power conditioner or battery backup or trying a new power supply out. Sorry I do not have more to offer but you could try below too.
