New monitor lookings. need help

Hi

Im in a pickle. Im looking for a new monitor because i have a old viewsonic va1931. It isnt bad, but the peformance is lacking. I have looked for one for 3 weeks, but everytime I find something, i just cease up and dont know if its good. I looked at a lg ultrawide, but saw that a 1060 6gb wouldnt run it, but i wanted to know if it would games on windowed, cus, lets be honest youll play games more, than do work, but didnt see any information on that. Know i got recomended a 24'' Full HD LED IPS-monitor MSI Optix G241, but i dont know if its good. Soo I come to here to ask help. 

My budget is 250 eur or then 290 dollars. My only requirement is that it atleast has 1ms response time.
