Would this work?

Go to solution Solved by Tea1337,

You'll be fine. It's not going to use 600W's of power and you will have overclocking room.

I'm thinking of upgrading my graphics card, I've already decided on getting this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp42774kr The only thing I'm concerned about is if my power supply would damage this part under overclocking. I've heard that when overclocking it can increase your wattage by a lot, and the minimum requirements are 600 watts, my power supply is 600 watts currently, would it be wise to keep this power supply? I don't want the power supply to overheat and take down the whole system with it.

Don't know if it matters but.

Current Specs:

Intel Core i7 4770k 3.5 ghz (planning to overclock)

2x4gb Corsair Vengence Ram

H80i

Msi Z87-G45

3x Case Fans

CD/Rom Drive

Kingston V300 SSD 120 GB

1TB Seagate HDD

and of course the Evga GTX 770 SC'd I plan to add.

Thanks in advance.

Current Power Supply. I Think.

I personally would recommend against the supply for a few things, noting the lack of 80+ certification. I would recommend a Corsair CX600M or EVGA 600B.

Does this power supply have a high chance of blowing up and taking components with it? If it's not 80+, I knew I got ripped off when buying this power supply considering for the same price I coulda got a 80+ certified Corsair.  :(
