3090 questions

Setup ( gpu )

Lian li xl ROG 

3x lian li SL120 1900rpm bottom (draw in) 

3x QL side 

3x QL in exhaust on the top 

GPU - MSI suprim x 3090, horizontal though I do have the vertical bracket but not used. 

 

I put the Lian li strimer plus 3x8pin on the GPU, how much heat can they take from the 3090? this is the first 30s card that I have not water blocked as I want this build non loop. Obviously during gaming the GPU gets hot ive seen a height of 66c so far though that is pretty low can the strimer plus take it? I do not really want to drape the 3x pin over the top of the gpu and even in vertical wont make a difference as I either see barely any of the strimer or its in the same place it is now but just vertical. run it how you want it to look, and do some testing.  I suspect it'll be fine.

well, it's made out of primarily silicone, which can take temps of 150 C without damage. so i think 60C is definitely fine. probably even on the low end tbh.
