So I’m convinced my ssd is dying I’ve done everything to try to fix it but since it freezes windows I’ve been resorting to the reset switch on my pc case I know this is the point of the button but over a span of time like once every day I’ll end up having to hit the reset switch could this cause actual hardware damage over a timeframe of around a year by just clicking the reset switch once daily

Youre just forcing the system to restart from the hardware level. Nothing damaging really, most system power still runs when the reset button is pressed.

Right now get a replacement SSD is your focus really.
