Underperforming

My 3080 suprim x is underperforming in every way possible. Warzone 120 fps comp settings 1440p, overwatch 200 fps medium settings 1440p. But when I benchmark it its in the 98th percentile which is amazingly good. I have a 3080 suprim x, i9 9900k, 64gb 3200mhz ram 1200w psu. Ive tried litterally everything and I cant find out the issue. DDU hasnt helped me, ive tried reinstalling windows, optimizing my pc in every single way possible, nothing works. Is there any other way?
