Help with raspberry pi wifi issues

Basically, I have a raspberry pi zero w which has stopped connecting automatically to my wifi. I tried writing the files needed to the boot drive again, but it didn't change anything. The interesting thing is, using Unifi software I can see that the pi IS connecting to the network, but only for about 5 seconds before immediately disconnecting again. It will then wait a minute or so and do the exact thing again (see attached). I have tried using a different power supply, cleaning up the hardware and other things, but I cannot figure out how to solve this. The only thing I can think of now is to wipe the SD card and reinstall the OS, which should fix it as long as it's not a hardware problem (which I hope it isn't.)

Looks like its having issues getting a connection to me, this could be a handshaking issue or an address assignment issue. You'd need to check logs on the Pi to find out exactly what issue it is having.

How do I check the logs? Oh, and I should mention that since I ran the pi headless, the only way I have to access it is through sshing wirelessly.

Pull the SD Card, plug it into your PC and you should get access to the boot folder and logs, gotta be honest and say I'm not too experienced with SBC's but I have to imagine it will be logging somewhere you can access directly for cases just like this.
