Problem:  Fans are so loud it interrupts normal life.

Why this is a problem:

 - CPU & GPU are as cool as a cucumber, temperatures are great

 - During these events, daily and regularly, I am not gaming

 - To reinforce the "I am not gaming" aspect, I will actually turn on a game in the background to warm the GPU up because after about 60-ish degrees Celsius the fans actually start behaving normally and are SUBSTANTIALLY quieter...sometimes...

Laptop Specifications:

GL703GE - Asus ROG

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750 CPU @2.20GHz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GDDR5 @ 4.0 GB

Please see photo, I'm at my wits end. I will refer to this as an "episode."

 - Max intended design speed of fan is approximately ~6900-7000 RPM

 - When operating normally at listed RPMs, fans are 1/3 as loud as during these episodes

 - Episodes potentially exceed the measurable range for the fans controlling hardware/software

 - I'm not saying this makes sense, I'm saying its happening

I'm considering just buying a new fan system for my laptop.  If I can find it anyway.

Image below was just snipped.

Change the profile to manual, you can control the fan speed from there.

I've tried that, but I have no direct control over the fans (all options shown in image).  I've even downloaded 3rd party software in multiple attempts to do so but I can't seem to get any of the programs to recognize the fans.

It is worth noting that the "profiles" I do have access to will actually work, and do so just fine unless my laptop is going through an "episode."  I can have it on silent mode and watch my CPU/GPU get pretty darn hot during some gaming.  Turn off the games and, well, look at the images I provided and that is DEFINITELY not silent while on silent mode.
