Did you restart your computer yet? Don't panic, as this looks far more reminiscent of a driver issue than a hardware issue.

Well, that's the BIOS booting in the last picture so I wouldn't be too sure about that. I don't believe drivers are even loaded at that point.

 

Either way I'd do the basics first. Reseat the cable on both ends, try a different port on the GPU, etc..
