Don't rely on 3rd party websites for CPU support, always use the manufacturers site:

https://www.ecsusa.com/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Support/LS/Motherboard/H77H2-M -LL-V1-DO-0-RR-/Socket 1155-LL-Intel-RR-

Anyhow I see that you need 07/11/2013 BIOS for i5 2500k, but there is an older one 04/23/2012 listed, so have you checked which BIOS version you've got? You might need to update it.
Also speaking about things to check, have you tried connecting the PC speaker and listening for an error code?

Hello, so for start.

I have bought an ECS H77H2-EM Motherboard, i5-2500K w/ Stock Cooler and HyperX Kingston 1600MHz DDR3 8GB (2x4)

I have plugged everything correctly.

Cooler Fan is spinning.

There is no video in my monitor...

What I have already done

  • RAM Replacing in every configuration i could do and run it without sticks
  • Running PC without GPU
  • Plugging video cables on different ports  HDMI / VGA

PSU is a Corsair VX450.

Right now it's working in my actual PC, where im typing it right now.

What can be a problem?

Please help fast, I need to give this PC out soon...

So you said "running the PC without GPU" but didn't actually list a GPU in your specs. So you're saying you get no video when using the GPU as well as no video with the GPU removed and hooked up to onboard video?

When you had the GPU installed, did you hook up your video cable to the GPU and not the onboard?

Has this PC ever worked or is it a new build?

If the PSU is out of it and in another PC, how are you going to test anything?

I have plugged a R7 260X 1GB, which is still working...

Motherboard was bought as a new, CPU was used

PSU is holding voltages good, working fine in my main PC.

I tried to get it work on HD Graphics 4000 from this I5 and it didnt worked either...

Ok well this is a little confusing with parts in and out of this PC....

Let's keep the GPU out for the time being and just use your onboard graphics. I'm going to assume for a minute that your cable (HDMI?) is known good. Does this motherboard have any diagnostic lights? I briefly looked it up and it looks a little older and somewhat low end.

Motherboard doesn't have any lights or speaker included with it.

HDMI is working good, right now im using same cable.

IF the BIOS is too old for that CPU, you'll need an older CPU to boot the board and update the BIOS. That motherboard has no CPU-less flashing capability. With no diagnostic LED's or a speaker.. sheesh man, reseat the CPU and try with just one RAM stick?

So do you think will it be better if I return the motherboard to the original seller?

Well, what I suggested was reseat the CPU and cooler and try again for starters. Stranger things have happened.

I can sell this i5 locally, and get this motherboard on a 14-Day guarantee so i can get my money back

Like @rickeo said, you'd need a supported CPU to flash the bios (and be extra careful not to unplug / bump it while doing so... otherwise you brick that mobo).
-Marked in green will work 100% (since that is the 1st bios that came out for that mobo)
-Marked yellow might work, but also might not, since you don't know if the previous owner/seller ever updated the BIOS

-Marked red will not work, the situation you are most probably in now:

Well again like @rickeo said, exhaust other options 1st (re-seat everything).
Then, if you can't borrow one of the supported CPUs you don't have any more options but to return it (or sell it yourself). That being said, next time when buying an old mobo ask the seller which BIOS is on it before going through with your purchase / build.

Thank You and @rickeo for help.

I'm gonna try to get this motherboard back to seller.

If it will be not accepted I'm gonna sell it.
