Sharing a drive within VMs and with external Windows OSes (Proxmox)

Hi everyone!
I would like to set up a drive/storage/pool in Proxmox that can meet the following criteria:

Is this setup possible to do in Proxmox?

Why do you want partitions? Just make one big volume and use virtual disks.

 

You can setup a file share in a vm that the clients can access.
