so i did little bit of research to find out what pgu my pc can handle.

What do you need exactly? Are you gaming? How many displays/resolution/refresh rates? What are your full pc specs?

I wouldn't recommend any of these unless you can find them for extremally cheap

yeah it' for gaming 

display idk 

Cpu: AMD Ryzen 53400g with Radeon Vega graphics

PSU: ATX - 500W 

is this enought for specs?

with that APU you can get a cheap 900 series from places like ebay facebook so i would look for one of them and before you get it check with pcpartpicker just encase

The integrated graphics of the 3400g are more or equally powerful than the cards in that pcpartpicker list, so not worth upgrading. You could go to the second hand market and maybe get a GTX 970/1060.
