Something like a 1050 Ti or 1650 if you can get it. Anything more you'd need to upgrade your power supply to use. You'd probably need to run at low settings, and you might have a bit of a CPU bottleneck with that CPU (a lot games right now have a hard time running with 2 cores), but it should be able to do 1080p 75FPS

First of all, get a second stick of ram

16gb are way better then 8gb and having 2 sticks instead of 1 will help

You can also max out your motherboard with an I7 4790K

If you have a decent motherboard, do it.

The difference will be big, and you'll be able to go for a much stronger gpu without bottlenecking it as much as you will with the 4130

If you don't want to spend too much on the cpu, get even an I5 4690K/4670K just don't stay with this 2 core I3

As for the gpu, I have 2 suggestions for you:

1. Get any of these: GTX 1070 Ti and above or RTX 2070 and above

The games that you want to play are very gpu intensive so you will need a lot of gpu muscle

If you dont plan on upgrading the cpu just buy the best gpu you can afford

Yes, the cpu will be a huge bottleneck BUT you will get some performance out of a gpu this powerful

2. Get any of these: GTX 1660/Super/Ti (or even a GTX 980Ti, holds up pretty good)

these gpus wont be bottlenecked as hard as those that I mentioned above and they wont blow a hole in your wallet

No

But it really depends on the card and exact model

For example, Gigabyte's RTX 3060 Gaming OC has a power target of 170w under load and a power limit of 212w

So, lets round those 170w to 200w

Cpu, mb and ram is maybe 100w at max

You end up with a power consumption of around 300w

100w headroom is nice

The RTX 2080 Gaming OC, for example, has a power limit of 245w

It will fit but it will leave you with around 50w of headroom

You also need to upgrade your ram, games can really benefit from 16gb of ram

Dont forget that windows also take up ram, about 2gb

So 6gb is really nothing for games

The issue here is your cpu it is not at all up to snuff for half those games and will run them with stutters, hanging, low fps and whatnot at random intervals.

Overwatch will run fine tho. The cods yeah no forget about that. You can get the best gpu you want the cpu will still be an issue.

Second problem is your psu it's extremely low end and not meant to have ANY gpu in the system when that psu is in there.

So basically my advice is a whole system upgrade.

But you specified no budget so I cannot recommend any parts.

You are literally asking op to kill their system you know that right?
