Is it possible to mix nzxt z73 with corsair iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler — White.I want the cables to be white and the fans and radiator to be white from the capellix but cpu cooler should be the nzxt73 head

No.

 

These are all in one liquid coolers. You cannot change the parts around on them part from the fans.

Yes, you can put any fan you want (as long as it's the correct size). The Lian Li ones are pretty cool looking (the ones that link together, forgot their exact name).
