Memory Voltage Help

Hey Guys, So I Have A Problem And Would Like Some Advice As To Which Is  Better.

 

I Have The New ROG G17 With The R9-5900HX.

 

So My Problem Is Memory Speed And Latency With Crucial Bullistix.

 

I Have A Set Of 16GB 1x8 Rank 3200mhz CL16 Ram That Runs At 1.3v.

Since My PC Doesnt Have XMP Or The AMD Equivallent, It Is Currently Running At 2666Mhz CL20.

 

Since There Is No Way To Enable XMP, Would It Be Better To Go With The Factory Ram? 3200Mhz 1x16 Rank CL?

 

Or Just Keep The 2666Mhz 2x8 Rank CL20?
