I am wondering if these temperatures are ok since they seem kind of hot.

I have a Ryzen 3700x with the stock wraith prism cooler. My case is the. NZXT H510 with 2 intake and 2 exhaust fans.

idle the temps are around 50-55c

Underload (gaming for 5+ hours) temps reach 92c It only reaches 92 for like a second every once in a while when it spikes but constantly it’s around 87-89c while gaming for hours

I will mention I do not have any crashing issues while gaming and it is summer and my room is in the basement so my rooms temperature is constantly 77-81 degrees Fahrenheit. Are these temps normal for the specs and should I be concerned?

Those are some high temperatures. The H510 is known to be, well, an oven. It has no airflow whatsoever. Ryzen CPUs do run a little hot because they just keep boosting until they either reach a thermal limit or can't boost any higher, and just stay there. If you're not throttling, and it's not uncomfortably loud, I probably wouldn't worry. It pretty much shortens the lifespan of your CPU from several hundred years to a few hundred years. Laptop CPUs run at those temperatures constantly and they're fine.
