my cpu is acting up

i keep hearing the rad fans ramp up and i dont know why and even my cpu scores in 3dmark timespy are fairly low compared to other people who yes dont have an oc. image.png.1f514f11cf5f24b4eb302de6f1064571.png

 

its pretty random sometimes i get really good scores sometimes i get very bad ones its never steady compared to my card for example. i dont have any background apps running i checked and my power plan is set to ultimate performance and game mode is enabled in my bios which enables pbo. my mobo is a b550 tomahawk incase this helps and im running 4x8 dual channel 32gb ram at 3200mhz and yes xmp is on and so is dual channel according to cpu-z. what can i do?
