Grainy reflections in Control

So, when I swapped my RX 580 with 6800 XT, Control started to have this weird grainy look.


I can turn on RTX in settings, and then it goes away, but this wasn't the case for RX 580 - it worked perfectly without RTX.
I would like to play without RTX, so FPS will be higher, but I don't know what can I do to get rid of that grain. Any suggestions?

Try clear shader cache? 🤔
