I would try and install the most up to date drivers you can for your USB controller, additionally consider updating to Windows 10.

Windows 7 has been out of support for over a year now meaning it gets no security updates, and Windows 10 will continue being supported until October of 2025.

Yeah it's like you're deliberately trying to ensure nobody else who has the same issue as you will be able to get meaningful information from the thread if they find it in the future @povareniyugic

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
