At the start of last year, i had built my first computer with my own parts. i had taken apart and put computers back together but i had never built one from my own parts. The computer was working beautifully when i initially put it together other than some thermal problems because i had put the fans on the wrong way. but recently, i was playing Minecraft with some friends and my fps got locked to 44 for some reason. i had found a fix that told me to turn off Vsync and it fixed it for minecraft. However, even more recently, i started playing Paladins with my friends too and that also occasionally locks to 44fps and i tried turning of Vsync again to see if that would work however it didnt. the only way i had found to fix it was to restart the computer completely and even then, it doesn't always fix it.
My second problem that i assume is related, occasionally when i restarted my computer, the graphics card would have the two outer fans spinning and the middle one would be off. this would also result in nothing being displayed to either of my screens, along with the system consistently sounding like its booting over and over again. the way i tend to fix this is hold down the power button to shut it off then wait a moment before pressing it again to turn the computer back on. When the computer turns back on, all of my fans' pre-sets for speed depending on the temperature has been set back to its default along with my keyboard's RGB not functioning properly. which the only way i have found to fix that is reinstall the Logitech G Hub.

i would also just like to add, that Minecraft and paladins are not the only games that get locked to 44fps. those are just the ones that happen the most

So in summery,
Problems;

  - Screen randomly being stuck at 44fps

       Attempted fixes;

           - Turning off Vsync
           - checking for thermal throttling (there is none that I've seen)

  - GPU 1 fan not spinning along with constant reboot

       Attempted fixes;
           - completely not sure why its happening but turning off the computer and back on fixes it for the time

I have attached my computer specs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remove NZXT Cam, thank me later.

Ive also heard of people having weird issues with that software, not just rgb going haywire but their os might bsod etc.

Is there a good alternative to that software that wont cause weird issues or bsods even?
