Is there a consumer solution for remotely accessing a PC/server similar to a cloud gaming service? I looked at parcec but the way I understood it (and I may be wrong) there has to be a user on both ends.

Preferably using windows 10 but Linux or otherwise may be considered. Something that could also be accepted through Android would be nice but certainly not a requirement.

Willing to answer any further questions. If it sounds like I don't know what I'm talking about its because I don't really.

Thanks in advance!

There does not need to be a user on the other end for Parsec after the initial setup or if the remote system is powered off.

Is this request specifically for gaming? If you have an Nvidia GPU on the remote system, you can use the Moonlight app to make use of Nvidia Game Streaming to achieve a similar result as with Parsec.

It will primarily be used for gaming but I would like to be able to use it for other things.

Parsec sounds like the best fit. Definitely easy to setup.
