Windows 10 Powershell not Installed

So I tried to install office with the ODT tool one day and when I tried to install it with the command prompt, it gave me a error showing powershell not found. And when I open the zoom app (I had this issue since I got this pc) it shows me this error

The windows 10 was installed by the pc builders. I get the zoom.exe bad image everytime I open up zoom it's so annnoying.

Is there any option to resolve this other than reinstalling windows.

Also windows is activated.
