BSOD (blue screen errors while gaming)

I have attached a crash dump , it said that i had problem with hardware . How can i prevent any more BSOD's from happening due to this issue?

The file is fairly useless to us here. If the issue doesn't happen often, I wouldn't be too concerned about it now. However, if it happens again, quickly locate the "Stop Code" section near the middle/bottom right. There will usually be some set of words after "stop code" and that will usually tell us what happened and why it crashed. Keep note of what it says then let us know here so we can look into the error. Hopefully this helps! Good Luck!
