Thermalpaste: Cooler Master IC-Value V1 (350 rub)

 

Motherboard: Msi Mag B365m Mortar (4,800 rub)

 

Ram: Corsair vengeance rgb pro 8gb (5,000 rub)

 

Storage: Seagate barracuda Compute 2tb 7200rpm (5,000 rub)

 

Case: Aerocool cylon mid tower (3,200 rub)

 

Fan: Cooler Master sickleflow 120 ARGB 120mm (900 rub)

 

Psu: EVGA 450 GD (3,200 rub)

Gaming and streaming

 

Warzone mostly

 

 And about the monitor thing is just 2 60hz monitors which are fine because I dont mind the whole mhz thing. Only fps

RTX 3060 will be above your budget...
4K resolution: A used RTX 2070 super should make 70 FPS possible.

1440p resolution: A used RTX 2060 should make 70 FPS possible.

Full HD: Even a GTX 1650 super should be enough.
