Thinking of adding another Geforce GTX 780 Graphics card to my build, I'm just not sure if it's worth the $520+ (USD). I'm running Crysis 2 at 72.1 (Average on ULTRA) FPS and I would like to get about 90 FPS or more. Would adding a secondary graphics card make a significant difference since I'm using just 1 monitor? In your opinion what fps would I get if I added another Geforce GTX 780 to my build?

Would I have to spend the $520+ (USD) to get 90FPS average on ultra in Crysis 2 or could I buy a lower grade GTX and get 90 FPS?

I dont see why you need >90 fps when you already have 70? And like Izaya said do you even have a 120Hz + Monitor? I dont think anyone even doing benchmark at 1080p for Crysis 2 with SLI anyway because SLI are mean for multi monitor + > 1080p gameplay

What you should do is get Crysis 3 then buy a second 780 :3

I have a 60hz monitor but I've been looking for a good 120hz+ monitor to get. Also I'm going to get Crysis 3 later on, when I've bought a new (120hz+)monitor. Is using two monitors and two graphics cards really worth it? Or should i stick with a 24-31 inch monitor and one graphics card?  I'm not just looking for it to be 90FPS I want an average 90FPS atleast, I would like over 100FPS occasionally and have it never drop past 70. If having a secondary graphics card is more for two monitors then what could I do to boost my fps? would adding more ram help?

Monitor usually dont count on the PSU, it have it own power cable. with SLI a 750W should be enough for your build.
