What is your budget and country?

Some things that stand out
-8GB of RAM
-Bad PSU
-Non specific storage lisgted
-No case listed
-Expensive MOBO with a 3600 and with a wifi adapter

budget is around 1100USD

You can't do much with $1100, you could build a system that's 40% faster for only $100 more. Save that extra money, and don't screw yourself out of value.

The 5600X is about ~20% faster than the 3600, and the 3060 is also about 20% or more than the 1660 Super.

Here's what I'd recommend (for $1200):

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tR2jF8

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor  ($289.99 @ Walmart)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock 2 Black CPU Cooler  ($44.90 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($164.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory  ($91.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Blue SN550 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($104.99 @ Lenovo)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB Video Card  ($339.98)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P360A ATX Mid Tower Case  ($84.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: MSI 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  ($80.70 @ Amazon)
Case Fans: 2x Phanteks PH-F120SK 50 CFM 120 mm Fan  ($9.99 each @ Newegg)

Not a fan of the cooler choice, (the U12S Redux is $5 more)
Other than that looks fine

Both coolers have an 8 heatpipe single-tower design, and the be quiet! has a better 120mm fan than the U12S.

Other than Noctua's 6 year warranty (compared to the 3 year that comes with the Pure Rock 2), I don't see the reason to spend an extra $5. 🙂

Cooler is also black, not that aesthetics really matter that much. I do see your point though if warranties or brand loyalty is of better value.
