A second nod to Macrium Reflect, used it a few times and it's great.

 

Also, if you have a certain brand of HDD or SSD (even just owning them, don't have to buy them new) then you may have available software from those brands.  Ie.  If you have a Samsung HDD or SSD, you can use their Migration Tool Software free.  Crucial uses Acronis I think?
