Budget (including currency): $2000 at most For the rest of PC

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mount and Blade BannerLord, COD, Rocket league, Rust, Witcher 3, and I was gifted the Oculus quest 2 so I want the PC to be compatible with it, Minecraft maybe rtx but I don't know if that would run well

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already have another list for the monitors and keyboard and mouse, I Just need help looking for parts to maximize performance
