Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mount and Blade BannerLord, COD, Rocket league, Rust, Witcher 3, and I was gifted the Oculus quest 2 so I want the PC to be compatible with it, Minecraft maybe rtx but I don't know if that would run well

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already have another list for the monitors and keyboard and mouse, I Just need help looking for parts to maximize performance

What? Why? It’s a 3070 and 105W TDP CPU. You don’t need more than 650W.

the 30 nividia cards can have sudden spikes 650 might be enough but the price difference is not that much. i understand your point

Only the 3080 has spikes that can cause problems past 650W.

I would go with the WD Blue SN550 instead as it is a few $ cheaper.

That is Tier C on the psu list. Not something I would go with for a $2000 pc.

The A650GF is a great PSU. That is some random EVGA unit that is quite mediocre. Worse quality than the B5
