FIFA 21 FPS drop problem

Hello guys. I have a big problem with my FIFA 21 game. I tried several methods to fix it, but none of them seemed to work. 

I have a laptop with an I5-8300H, GTX 1050 mobile, 12 gigs of ram.

The problem is that my ingame FPS is constantly fluctuating between 35-65 FPS even tho it is locked in the game settings. I know that my laptop isn't the best, but it should run FIFA quite easily. In the task manager it says that the GPU uses only 5-10 percen while gaming, while the CPU usage is aroun 60-70%. 

When I started to play, i didn't have this problem only since a couple of days.

I'd really appreciate if someone could help me. It is really unenjoyable to play like this.
