HDD cooling?!

ok how do I put this... I want to buy a few fans to ventilate my case and it is a little bit weird how one fan mounting bracket is directed at Hard drive cage.

  

Do I really have to cool HDDs or I can cheap out on one fan?

You don't have to put a fan there if you don't want to. As for fans I recommend arctic p series fans. They are really cheap BUT have noctua silence and performance.

You can mount the fans on the inside, between the mesh and the metal frame.

You could shift the SSD towards the front and only screw it using two screws, if you can't use 4 screws.  You could also just not screw that ssd and use a double sided adhesive tape to tape the SSD to the case. A SSD doesn't have moving parts so it can be mounted however you like it, doesn't need to be super tied down like a mechanical drive.

That's kinda what I was thinking. I already have an arctic cooler and I thought I should go arctic all the way

The reasoning for that bottom fan area is mostly to accommodate a 360m AIO, but air flowing through HDDs isn't necessarily a bad thing if you don't go with an front mounted AIO either. For most users, cooling the HDDs is not necessary unless you read and write to them constantly.
