Hello, my 1080ti short circuited last night due to some water that spilled on my desk and then started dripping into my pc when I went to get paper towel, I turned off the power on the psu, took the gpu out, cleaned it, cleaned the whole pc (pc is fine, water mainly got on gpu), after I had the pc working I airdried the gpu the best i could overnight, the next day I used 99% isopropyl alcohol and took the gpu apart and cleaned all of it, pcb, heatsync, etc. I dried it once more to make sure there wasn't anything else on it, I put it in the pc, plugged in the power, tried to boot the pc, It started up, but then the gpu started smoking and a capacitor to my knowledge blew up/melted.  From what I know I'm out of luck. I have to buy a new gpu now.  Is there anything I can do to fix it somehow fix it with a professional service or what is the card worth dead/as parts?
