Pure Problems today! USB 3

CPU:AMD FX-4130

MOBO:Gigabyte 990 FXA UD3

GPU: MSI GTX 770 2GB

PSU:BeQuiet! 600 Watt non-Modular

Ram: GoodRam 2X4 GB 1600MHz (Bought used from a friend and suspect this may be the problem)

Case: Zalman Z11 Plus

HDD:Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM

 

SO I got my new PC about a month ago and except the Blue Screen problem (http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/135129-blue-screen-twice/) it works flawlessly except for USB 3. I have downloaded the drivers about 3 or 4 times already and I am starting to get really annoyed. None of my USB 3 work as data senders. They charge my phone and power devices on but they don't work My front USB 3 doesn't work but the MOBO ones don't work either... I tried many devices and none work,and it is annoying to move BF4 on USB 2. As I said I installed all the drivers multiple times but the PC still ceases to accept the fact that I want to use my USB 3. Any suggestions?

Is the connector correctly plugged in?

Sounds like a faulty mobo , try to reinstall windows , check all the connections , re-insert CPU if needed and Clear CMOS. If that all fails , RMA the motherboard back to Gigabyte

I already re-intalled windows 2 times because of the mistakes during the install. I can't take apart my build witht he CPU and everything ince I use it for school. I did not buy the MOBO from Gigabyte and there are no RMA's in Morele. I can't take the CPU off, I have a stock fan and no Thermal Paste. ANy other suggestions? The things deliver power but not anything else. Also I forgot to say that they DID work earlier they stpped working after about a week.
