windows without a usb?

hi so i have a t420 with a hard drive and its slower than a raspberry pi lol so i want to upgrade the storage and buy a ssd. however i dont know how im going to switch the oem windows to the ssd beacuse its so slow that i cant use command prompt as admin so i dont know what the product key is. oh here comes the fun part i dont have a usb....... help

btw i can use windows education but i dont have a usb

edit: i have touse things that connect to a ssd to usb

If you have one. You can use a SATA to USB enclosure

You can buy a usb drive for five bucks. That might be a sound investment.
