Mouse delay

I have a problem with my mouse where it randomly starts delaying the clicks. I haven't I've really only seen it in Rocket League because that's really what I've been playing recently, and I don't know if it JUST happens on Rocket League. Most of the time, the clicks don't get delayed, but then all of a sudden, it just has a 1-2 second delay from what I've clicked and then after a minute or so, it goes back to normal. I can supply the mouse model and any specs if needed.
