Does the b450m ds3h actually come with tpm 2.0?

Alright, so since the 'release' of windows 11 people are getting narked up about tpm 2.0 and to be fair I am too. But my real question is does this motherboard come with any sort of tpm installed on it already? If so how could I turn it on in the BIOS?

Your motherboard will not have a TPM installed, but your CPU should. Look for a setting with "fTPM" in it.

Ye, It's definitely a Ryzen 2600x I am running but can't find the ftpm in the bios I know AMD use PSP 3.0 cus I just checked device manager. So any help trying to find it on the b450m board would be great cus it's greatly annoying me lol. I know that Ryzen CPUs should have ftpm or am I mistaken?

Pretty sure fTPM is more of an AMD term. For Intel platforms it's Platform Trust Technology/PTT.

EDIT: I'm retarded and forgot profiles exist and some people even remember to throw specs on it. 10/10 don't eat and forum

On your board it's under peripherals (presumably in the advanced mode) for some assbackwards reason.

Cheers guys for the help and my daily dose of tech tips, I definitely agree with flibberdipper that the bios for this board is really oddly laid out.

I'm compatible now and don't feel like Fred flintstone now.  😂

Have a good day people.

Saludos chicos para la ayuda y mi dosis diaria de consejos de tecnología, Definitivamente estoy de acuerdo con flibberdipper que la bios para este tablero es realmente extrañamente dispuesto.

The bios on those boards is really weird. I had a b365m ds3h wifi, it's an Intel board but the same layout as yours. I hated going thru it
