Windows 11 system requirements

Hello.

I wanted to see if my pc supports windows 11 so I installed the heath check app, ran it and it told me that my pc doesn't support it. which is really weird cause i do meet the system requirement:

My PC:

Ryzen 5 3600

MSI RX 5500XT 4GB OC

16gb 3200mhz ram

Asrock B450M steel legend with the latest bios

I have TPM enabled (called Security device support on asrock boards)

secure boot on 

but the weird thing is that when I type "tpm.msc" in the run I get: " Compatibility TPM cannot be found"

"Compatibility TPM cannot be found on this computer. Verify that this computer has a 1.2 TPM or later and it is turned on in the BIOS"

Please help me cause I don't know what I'm supposed to do know I've updated windows 10 to the latest version available and I've looked everywhere for help and couldn't find anything.

From the error you are receiving it is not enabled.

I just enabled it on my computer (completely different platform/motherboard though), but the first time I enabled Security Device Support it didn't enable TPM. I had to reboot back in to the BIOS and only once security device support was enabled did the BIOS show extra menu options relating to enabling TPM that were completely hidden with security options disabled. I would recommend checking the BIOS again to see if there are any new security/TPM options unlocked.

My B450M Steel legend is compatible with Windows 11

My Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600X

Gigabyte GTX 1650 

32 GB 3000mhz RAM

ASRock 450M Steel Legend with 4.0 Bios version

If there is a TPM device option, select AMD fTPM. MSI motherboards are so lucky with this as far as I can see, I enabled it without any problems.

PC health result: Windows 11 compatible.

[HexerPsy]

Ryzen 5900X on X570 with fTPM enabled passed the Health Check app.

 

My 8700K on Z370 with PTT enabled also passed.

 

My 4770K on Z87 will need a 20pin TPM 2.0 chip to have it installed...
