What should i do, since it shorted, and while the batterys out?

 

Best Buy?, Since they are Partnered with ASUS?

 

Specs for the laptop

 

i7 10750H - up to 5.0GHZ

16GB Ram 3200mhz

1660TI Geforce GTX 6gb

144hz Panel

How did this happen at first point? How did you know that it shorted?
