Sure you can, any Intel from 2014ish or any AMD from X370 support fTPM natively.

Then you're SOL, sorry. Even if you picked up a TPM for a system that old it would probably be a V1.1 or V1.2, Windows 11 REQUIRES a V2.0 device (I assume this is about installing Windows 11?)

Yeah sorry, unless you modify the ISO (which is actually pretty easy) you're not running 11 on that PC.

 

In fact it might be impossible full stop since 11 will only be releasing in 64 bit format, the X86 build has been dropped entirely.
