For 100usd you can get a decent 1TB NVMe like the kingston NV1, the WD SN550, Crucial P1, Kingston A2000,

There are many, take the one you like...

Edit : I'd probably take the Kingston KC2500

I want a nvme ssd 250-500gb price 100$ to 120 $ PCIe gen 3 any suggestions. I have seen some YouTuber taking about dram but found no specific dram drive plz suggest any dram nvme good ssd thanku

What other work and programs?

For that budget, id get a cheaper 1tb drive. The extra space will matter much more than the speed bump. Things like boot time and program load times will be basically the same.
