problem Problem with my PC

Hi!

 

I have a problem with my PC. My computer sometimes freezes and stays frozen. Then the RGB on the keyboard stops working and then I can't even use the computer. I always have to restart it by holding the power button on the case. Sometimes it freezes, my monitors flash and then I hear a sound in my headphones that something has disconnected and then plugged in. I don't know what it might be.

Specs of my computer:

Processor: AMD FX-6300 Six-Core processor

RAM: 12GB

Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Please add some specs (the more the better) so we know what we are talking about.

Also are you able to see the temps when it does this?

 

Maybe also update your videocard(GPU) drivers.

Hi, yeah i updated the first message. you can see the specs there and yes my GPU Drivers are Up to date!

search glass -> Event viewer -> windows logs -> System -> Source / Event ID

OK i found the Event viewer, is there any specific Event ID i should search?

Any errors. Id 10016,  id 2,  id 1500

If he found an id 10 t error it would have solved the problem.....

ok, i tried the following Event IDs and here is what i found:

Event ID 10: Only 1 Information.

Event ID 2: Nothing.

Event ID 1500: Only 1 Information.

Event ID: 10016: A lot of Warnings.
