Issues ReSizable Bar / SAM

I am facing a problem in Enabling the ReSizable Bar on the computer. When I enable ReSizable Bar in BIOS, I get an error something like "GPU does not support UEFI Drivers", and it enables CSM automatically.

After searching a bit, I found out that CSM and ReSizable Bar cannot work together. But without CSM, I cannot boot my computer.

 

Is there any way to solve this issue?

I think booting in Legacy mode can help, but the BIOS does not have an explicit setting for doing that. I cannot also reinstall windows as I work on this computer and it will take a lot of time to set up everything.

 

I am running "MSI Armor Radeon RX580 8G OC" GPU and "Ryzen 3400 G" CPU on the "Asus B450M-A" Motherboard. 

My Windows, BIOS and Drivers are all up to date.
